 My new doll is listed HERE! 9 inches tall! I love her.
..
I'm not sure about how to use my mailing list, I think I told a few people that I'd send one out when I listed new dolls, but that seems like it could very quickly become annoying, I can't send one out each time I list a doll..
Maybe if I send an email out only once a week..like each Tuesday or something, to inform of things coming up, and special info.
..But what about those people expecting to receive an email so they can go snatch up a doll as soon as they are listed?
Maybe I should have TWO mailing lists? One for general art info, and another specific for new etsy items, for maybe I shouldnt have an etsy mailing list(for new items) at all, and anyone interested in buying should just keep an eye on my Journal?
Does anyone have any helpful thoughts? Please share them!

Maybe, you can just write the subject of your e-mails...like....the ones about 'updates', you can just put update...the ones for dolls, you can say....'new dolls listed'....etc....so people know what they're going to read...and they will only read the ones they're interested in.
that seeems good.. But I still think that might result in my emails being annoying...possibly. And I dont want anyone to unsubscribe..!:\

I love her!! I dont have suggestions other than do what I have started to do which is have an Etsy update every two or three weeks and make an announcement and put up a photo of whatever is finished. That way people will come to your site and know when they'll be up in the shop. Also if you give a specific time, it makes it fairer to everyone. Just my two cents :)

so you ONLY list during those times you announce it? two or three times a week?
My problem is, I'm trying to get lots of views by listing at different days, and TRYING to list often..(though that doesnt go too well), so then I have a dilemma. But I could try it the way you do it, maybe it'll work out well for me! :)
